Welcome!

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Philosophy at Yale University. My postdoctoral project, Hegel and Judaism: God, the Law, Exile, and Redemption, is supervised by Paul W. Franks.

I specialize in 19th Century Philosophy (esp. German Idealism) and Jewish Philosophy. I also have interests in Early Modern Philosophy, 20th Century Continental Philosophy, Ethics, and Philosophy of Religion.

My work has appeared or is forthcoming in Journal of the History of Philosophy, Hegel Bulletin, Journal of Jewish Thought and Philosophy, Philosophy Today, Idealistic Studies, Journal of Continental Philosophy, Symposium, Derrida Today, Film-Philosophy, and Canadian Journal of Film Studies, among other venues.

I completed my PhD in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Toronto in June 2023. My dissertation, Hegel’s Concept of Reconciliation: On Absolute Spirit, was supervised by Rebecca Comay.
